General Information

Sales Tax

Since we are in Oregon, we do not charge sale tax.

Shipping

In stock items ship in one business day or less.
Currently we only ship to the USA and Canada.

Refunds and Returns

We accept returns for refund for any reason within the first 45 days after purchase, under the following conditions:
All return requests must be made within 45 days of purchase for consideration for refund.
Only working products in their original, as shipped condition will be eligible for refund. Damaged products are not eligible for refund
Electronic kits returned must include all of the original components in unused condition. Once kit assembly has begun, we can no longer accept it as a return
All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by GEKCO
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Warranty

Electronic Kits

We warranty our electronic kit products for 1 year from the date of purchase. Our warranty on kits is limited to replacement of defective or missing components. This warranty does not cover damage caused by faulty kit construction, misuse, alteration, or negligence of use.

Factory Assembled Products

We warranty our factory assembled products for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or alteration of the product, or use of the product in applications that may exceed the stated product specifications.

All warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty coverage period. The faulty product will be either repaired or replaced with a like product only.

Privacy Policy

We do not spam, we do not accept outside advertising, and we will never sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone. We respect your personal information and in turn strive to earn your respect by treating your personal information with care. We do have a low-volume mailing list, which is strictly opt-in.
